Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The module continues the free series of classes in which FAMU students are acquainted with various aspects of film audio-visual education. The distribution and methodology platform CinEd presents, at the European level, a top project which as be particularly supported by a grant from Creative Europe. Students can become acquainted with alternative forms of film distribution (with and accent on films for children and youth), but also with methodological procedures of foreign institutions for film education. How to present to students knowledge and observations on the multi-layered considerations of a film work. CinEd presents a path whose quality is guaranteed by the Institut Francaise.

Mode of study:

The module takes place during the opening classs at Kino 35. The review section will be at FAMU.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Completion of classes and review in a group meeting at FAMU during Feb. 2017.

13:00 - 15:45 CinEd project offerings, examples of film analysis, simulation of working with children and youth

Course content:

Representatives of the Association of Czech Film Clubs presents the European project CinEd in module classes. The parts will present a choice of films for schools and cinemas and others and film education methods, as developed by the Paris partner of the project CinEd Cinematheque Francaise.
