Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The aim is to create a television exercise which processes a Classical music work.

Mode of study:

Group exercises, Camera Dept. students collaborate as main and assistant camera.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Completion of the theory preparations in the „Live edit“ course.

Course contents:

Musical peformance on television; the objective is to:

- test students' mental endurance for dealing with the stress that recording involves,

- verify their organisational abilities for managing the performers and the production crew,

- enable students to realise their own ideas of how to convey a musical form in television format.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Credit is awarded based on the participation of Camera Dept. students in the exercise as the main cameraman and assistant.
