The aim of the course is the acquisition of practical habits and experience in one of the basic soundman's activities.

The student is required to take part in, after the prior preparations, the recording of the group exercise assigned.

Course contents:

Assistant practice usually involves a lower-year student cooperating in the function of microphonist with an upper-year student in the function of sound master on the collective film and television exercises.

Recommended or required reading:

Study of the assigned screenplay exercise. Necessary sound technology.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Credit is awarded for successful fulfillment of the assigned task.
