The aim of the course is to acquire practical habits and experience in one of the elementary soundman's activities.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

The student is required to take part in, after the prior preparations, the recording of the group exercise assigned.

Course contents:

Assistant practice usually involves a lower-year student cooperating in the function of microphonist with an upper-year student in the function of sound master on the collective film and television exercises.

Recommended or required reading:

study of the assigned exercise screenplay, necessary sound technique.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Credit is awarded for successful fulfillment of the assigned task.
