In the 3rd study year in the Winter semester the students prepare the final bachelor work which will be completed in the summer. The film is created from a freely selected topic and isn't limited in genre or technology. Students demonstrate whether they have the abilities for the master's study.

Part of completion of the bachelor film is the proposition and creation of its entire visual facet. Each student must set up a creative proposal for each character in the film, whether they are animated (drawn) figures, puppets or other technologically conceived objects and a creative proposal for the surroundings in which the film will occur. These proposals will also be completed by the students. The creative facet of the bachelor film is evaluated as an independent whole.

Part of the implementation of the bachelor film is its animation. Each student must animate the film themselves. This means, the student must demonstrate acting skills. Animation is a completely independent artistic discipline nad is evaluated as an independent self-contained whole.
