Basic grammar and lexical skills.

Ability to communicate in simple situations.

Mode of study:

Reading, Listenings, presentations and practice of lexis and grammar structures, moderated discussions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Requirement for registration is language knowledge corresponding to the lower level course (A11).

Assessment methods and criteria:

This course ends with an exam. The conditions for taking the exam are:

class participation

completion of assignments

completion of the final test - the text includes grammar and vocabulary sections.

If the student is not able to attend instruction (internship, competition, serious health problems), they are obligated to contact the instructor and obtain the necessary materials and arrange a consultation appointment, otherwise they will not be allowed to sit the exam.
