- Course contents:

Practical uses of acrobatics, eccentrics, and fighting exercises in various skits. Exercises follow up on the previous programs, with an emphasis on perfecting form.
Acquired acrobatic skills (starting with rolls, through necksprings, flips and somersaults), fighting exercises (falls, hits, kicks, covers), eccentric exercises applied as styled tasks (imagination with an object, and character of a person, etc.).
