The course aim is to provide students security in personal communications, to learn to better assert their opinions and master communication is all social-cultural levels. During the course the students go through situations which will seem familiar. Using conflict management techniques, active listening, provding feedback and others, they acquire skills in managing those situations. They practice communcations with potential donors on location. They learn to negotiate and effectively use time which a given situation provides and achieve what they need. Part of the course are examples of communications in other cultures. Student get the opportunity to gain a bearing in body language. They acquire an idea of discussion techniques and distinguising personalities and finally how to speak so that they are understood by all.

Students are to acquire a complete idea of the art of communication. Instruction is such to give the participant sufficient room for assessment. Information given in the course will be directed to only the members of the group and each who wishes to participate is requested to maintain discretion.
