Cílem je navázání chybějícího vztahu mezi začínajícími autory a zástupci filmové kritiky a podnícení diskuze nad promítanými snímky.

Mode of study:

V průběhu výuky budou studentům prezentovány snímky vzniklé na FAMU. Ty se pak v druhé části hodiny stanou tématem kritické reflexe a zhodnocení ze strany přítomných studentů.

Studenti mohou navrhnout k promítání své vlastní filmy či naopak požádat o jejich neuvedení.

Na každou hodinu bude také pozván již etablovaný zástupce domácí kritické obce.

Předmět je určen studentům FAMU a Katedry filmové vědy.

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

Active approach to instruction and critical review skills.

Course contents:

The course content will originate in the production of recordings by individual FAMU Depts. from previous semesters and from the proposals of students.

The introduction to instruction will be a part of their screenings and then there will follow a discussion on their content and formal aspects including attempts at their general assessment and arrangement wider cinematic and other categories.
