The aim of the course is the acquisition of practical habits and experience in one of the elementary soundman's activities.

The student is required to take part in, after prior preparations, the recording of the assigned group exercise.

Course contents:

Assistant practice usually involves a lower-year student cooperating in the function of microphonist with an upper-year student in the function of sound master on the collective film and television exercises.

Recommended or required reading:

Study of the screenplay of the assigned exercise. Necessary Sound technology.

Assessment methods and criteria:

Credit is awarded upon fulfillment of the assigned practical task.
