Learning outcomes of the course unit:

The aim of the Winter course, aside from acquiring and improving skiing skills, primarily, is reacting to the more challenging study program in the mountains.

Individual and group instruction

Prerequisites and co-requisites:

No requirements.

Course contents:

Snowboading, cross-country and downhill skiing instruction, basics of telemark. Introduction to the development of ski equipment and skiing techniques in recent years. Information about safe movement in winter mountain environments.
