Adopting the basic lexicon of theory knowledge and awareness necessary for working with a choir.

Course contents
Methodic work with a choir. Working with individual music bodies and the whole. Music and Singing training of a chorus.
Sound balancing of voice groups. Intonation challenges in a choir studio. Musical alacrity. Sight-reading.
Problematic tempos, phrasing, dynamics and agogics in choral performance. Chorus placements.
Physiological, phonetic and acoustic problems of voice. Natural and tempered tuning.
Molding the polyphonic guiding of voices. Color and clarity of chords.
Instruction for analysis of choral scores (horizontal and vertical perceptions).
Specific markings of choral and orchestral conducting.
