Learning outcomes of the course unit

Didactics and instruction practice for violin and viola studies instructed by Prof. Jindřich Pazdera.

Lectures over two semesters provide violinists knowledge for perfecting their own working methods and for professional instruction in arts schools at all levels. Lectures are supplemented by, during all semesters of „Instruction Practice“, provide students, in interaction with the instructor, the opportunity to work with model pupils. This course leads to the state final exam for acquiring teaching qualification where the practical and theory levels of the students are evaluated.

Course contents

The didactics are tied to all instructional procedures including the specification of methodological outputs and the quality of outputs in interpretive fields.Instruction takes place under the guidance of the main study instructor in close relation to the main study instruction with a particular focus on the individual skills of the student.
