Course contents

Voice Training is conceived of as a mind-body discipline. This is neither a technique nor a method, but a „conscious“ approach to oneself. The voice is perceived as an essential and vital part of our personality - our internal „here and now“ and is approached as such. In the classes we cover: working with breathing, proper voice „hygiene,“ voicing, capacity, sound intensity, etc.. We challenge the voice through situations (tremor, stress), spatial challenges, etc. The classes are largely guided „in movement and sweatsuits“ where the not only concentration is improved but also comes an improvement in efficiency thanks to body memory use.
