Learning outcomes of the course unit
The course aim is to further develop knowledge in systematic dance research and to introduce students to other disciplines and research topics.
Mode of study
Presentation, discussion, text analyses.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Presumed completion of technique courses: Introduction to Dance Research Studies, Introduction to Dance Theory and Dance Analysis. Completion of Selected Lectures in Dance Research Systems A1 is necessary.

Credit is awarded based on:
participation in lectures
assigned readings
oral exam
During the semester assigned readings independent study and participation in lectures are required. The oral exam comprises 90% of the overall grading.
The conditions for successfull completion of the course: reading required literature, participation in lectures, passing of the oral exam.
