The aim is and understanding and ability to quickly react in each performance and use improvisation in the creation of a staging.
- Contact improvisation is movement technique which is supported by set foundations which are characterized in classical and modern dance such as extending movement, stretchin the limbs and whole body in grand poses, high leg lifts and jumps with maximum movement extent using elasticity, finding elegance and maintaining beautiful lines. Contact improvisation investigates other potential in movement beyond the classical ballet vocabulary. This method contains many exercises for individuals, pairs and groups.
