Learning outcomes of the course unit

The result of the course is the final written graduation thesis in directing which fulfills all formal and content criteria.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Creation of the graduation performance and its subsequent review is required.

Course contents

This course is devoted to a methodical guiding of students in the writing of the graduation thesis in directing.

Recommended or required reading

Recommended literature will be assigned by the instructor according to the selected topic of the graduation thesis.

Assessment methods and criteria

Part of grading will be, not only, the resulting form of the graduation thesis but also the course of its creation from investigation and determination of the topic creation of individual chapters, introduction and conclusion, development of footnotes, bibliography, including the writing and language level. Also considered will be the system of preparations, maintenance of deadlines and punctual submission of the paper.

Note

The student selects an advisor for the graduation thesis from a number of instructors in the English study program at the Drama Theatre Dept., internal and external. The student may select other professionals in the field upon agreement with the lead instructor.
