- Learning the principles of the Feldenkrais method as a mind-body discipline through active group exercises.
- Awareness of indirect method approaches and the potential of its awarenes in the transfor to personal development.

Group exercises (ATM), discussion, verbal and written reviews.

No requirements.
Course contents
The fundament of the Feldenkrais method is the potential transformation of non-functioning body patterns and the mental learning process with one's body and history. Each has the ability to learn through this method regardless of physical-mental condition, age, abilities and skills. Through non-mechanical movement repetition based on motor skills, each person, in their own time, are able through experience and awareness to analyse movement and its functional variations.
- Increasing the quality of internal sense of body.
- Experience and subsequent conscious understanding of directly connecting the body and mind.
- Integration of new functional body and mental patterns and their subsequent automation.
- Understanding and use of potential self-correction in movement transferred to various areas of our lives.

Assessment methods and criteria
Credit is awarded based on: 80% attendance, participation during group exercises (ATM), verbal and written review skills.
Conditions for successful completion of the course: participation in exercises and 2 written reviews.
