Learning outcomes of the course unit
To introduce and teach students the basics of descriptive geometry. Instruction is designed so emphasis is place primarily on parts of descriptive geometry which the set-designer uses in professional practice, that is, construction perspectives of one and more perspective points, axonometry, technical lighting of geometric forms.
Mode of study
Presentation and exercises.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Basic knowledge of pre-college descriptive geometry material is an advantage.
Course contents
Application of knowledge in creating interiors and exteriors in stage design.
