Learning outcomes of the course unit

The study aim is the management of set-design as an original part of a theatre production.

Development of one's creativity.

Research of the interpretive potential of set-design.

Search for possible set-design applications and modifications.

Mode of study

Regular consultations on one's concept containing complete technical documentation. Researching the possibilities in presenting a set-design work (mock-up, photos, floorplans, etc.).

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Talent. A good bearing in the history of culture and theatre. Conceptualizing skills. Creativity.

Non-theatrical space.

Assessment methods and criteria

Credit is awarded based on the Summary work and completion and defense of the bachelor's thesis.

During the semenster independent work in the studio and a minimum of 80% attendance in consultations (classes) is required.
