1.Deepening of knowledge of all movement functions of the human body with emphasis on naturalness of movement and the body's anatomical structure.
2.Orientation in space.
3.Preparation for other movement disciplines.

Course contents
Curriculum :
1.Breathing - Posture - Strengthening muscles - relaxation.
2.Function and use of breath in motion.
3.Increasing range of motion.
4.Legato and staccato movement.
5.Movement in space.
Syllabus:
More demanding, technically difficult exercises (position, tempo, dynamic, rythm).
Practice of swinging and controlled movement, rules of movement in space (work with the body's center of gravity) while walking, running and jumping.

Assessment methods and criteria
