Learning outcomes of the course unit

In these classes the student creates a relationship to an object and build a path to systematic work on oneself, consolidating these principles: regularity, sufficient intensity, in physical investment and in concentration. An understanding of the interdependence of movement classes with acting. Learning movement habits. Creating basic concepts about the structure and function of one's body (creating one's concept of the body), creating a relationship in music and a good bearing in it.

Continuation of 210TRK1 and 210TRK2.

Course contents

Syllabus:

The lessons work on the basics of certain dance techniques like dance gymnastics, Martha Graham technique, Jose Limon technique, pantomime, jazz dance and ballet. The result should be the perfect mastery of the body as an important acting tool.
