The result of the study is a knowledge of fundamental regulation in culture and the formation processes, approval and introduction into practice.

Course contents
a/ Czech Republic Legislative process in sample standards in culture areas:
- Ministry of Culture.
- Government.
- Parliament.
b/ Laws and sub-law regulations as instruments for managing culture processes.
c/ Public consultation with the professional public process prior to the legislative process.
d/ Law No.# 203/2006 Sb., on some types of Culture support.
e/ Legislation and its place in State culture policy for years 2015-2020 (with a view to 2025).
