Course contents
The aim of the course is to expand the knowledge of the student in drama of the 20th century and particularly its experimental period based on the extreme use of speech and language (Mueller, Handke, Jeline, Crimp, Jandl, Kane, etc.) and the theory concepts linked to them (particularly: linguistic and philosophical), which allows its grasp (Veltrusky, Wittgenstein, Ficher-Lichte, Derrida). This may be joined with the current situation and events if the texts of these theatre stagings are available. The course supplements the lecture series „Contemporary Theatre Theory“.
