Learning outcomes of the course unit

Familiarization with the theory and practice of linguistic construction of a dramatic text (dramas of antiquity, the renaissance, classical and romantic eras etc.) and the possibility of their vocal realization in Czech translation. Familiarization with contemporary translation practice.

4. Figurative identification: sound, meaning, image.
5. Between poetry and prose: types and genres of literature.

2. Criteria for evaluating a literary work.
