Learning outcomes of the course unit
The aim of the Summer semester of the 2nd year of bachelor's study is the learning of the basic method processes and instruments appropriate for the analysis of developing and „completed“ scripts. This course is also the first part of the Teaching Open Workshop, covering script analysis.

Course contents
Students are introduced to some standard texts and methods (see „study materials“). The main method is an intensive analysis of school, professional, emerging, executed, and unsuccessful (with subsequent comparison to the film) scripts.

Assessment methods and criteria
Task:
Analysis on the given screenplay, minimum of 3 pages.
Assigned during the Summer semester, submitted one week before the announced deadline. Assessment - award of credit originates in class participation, quality of the submitted work and individual debate over that work.
