Workshop participants adopt standards and procedures and the skills of editing. They are introduced to convincing working tools, processes and examples of good work in all phases of editing preparations from proofreader's appraisal of a text to its language style editing to the final correction. Students are acquainted with the citation etiquette issues in academic environments, anti-plaigairism systems and citation management software. The acquired skills are applied in practice in editing a text whose „border“ considerations present, for editing, a high standard challenge and balances on the border of prosaic and professional text.
