Course contents
A elective continuation of the Documentary Film Dept. module instruction from the Winter semester 303MFSFV „Film to Oneself - Film to All“, in which emphasis is placed on self-organization outside of institutions. This module otherwise will look and the importance of professional organizations and investigate the pitfalls of active membership in them. Students meet with artists who have been part of those organizations and in the afternoon will, alone, create a situation in which the role of the individual or group will in the future experience in negotiating with institutions.

10:00 - Introduction to issues
10:30 - 11:30 - Guest, David Jařab, representative of ARAS. Development of motivation for joining professional organizations.
11:30 - 12:30 Guest, Martin Blažíček for AMU studies. Motivation for their establishment, changes in negotiating positions, perception of internal changes in its members.
Lunch 12:30 - 13:30
13:30 - 16:00 - Division into working groups. Resolving situations; how to not let yourself be manipulated in the name of money and work/creation; subsequent presentation of other module participants in simulated situations.
