To prepare students for the the practice of the cameraman profession.
Mode of study
Presentation of instructor knowledge, moderated discussions, screening analyses.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Required: theory knowledge and practice in the camera study.
Course contents
1/ Screenwriting and cameraman dramaturgy.
2/ A cameraman's expression elements- „film look“
3/ Technical preparations for a feature film - cameraman strategies in the film preparation period - moral aspects in creation.
4/ Light-tone treatments for feature film - lighting constructions.
5/ Light-tone treatments for feature film in relation to the whole concept
6/ The cameraman-techician, the original mass copies are a presentation of the cameraman's art.
7/ Analyses of modern world cinematic works.
