To acquaint students with the particulars of shooting and direct television broadcast with multi-camera equipment.

General good bearing in music genres
Basic knowledge of significant works and composers.
Course contents
Recording of a live concert and particulars of camera work.
- Symphonic orchestra - instrument distribution, location of players
- Score and screenplay
- Issues in resolving the lighting construction in the concert hall
- Distribution of TV cameras, optics selection
- Collaborating with the director, editor and music prompts

Assessment methods and criteria
Credit is awarded based on: class participation (60%), analysis of an visual recording of a symphony orchestra concert from the cameraman's perspective (assigned by the instructor)(40%).
