Learning outcomes of the course unit
Students review in the creation and production of an AVD their theory knowledge. The exercise aim is to teach students to use all theory knowledge in practice, to teach production students to collaborate in the creation of an AVD with students from other studies and teach production students to guide the whole team in the AVD creation and production.
Mode of study
Assistent production work in the implementation of the exercise under the guidance of the head producer of the exercise. The workshop head provides consultations upon request.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Corresponding knowledge of AVD production technology. Knowledge of copright and commercial law and the labor code. Ability to independently lead a collaborating team.
Course contents
Student working as assistant producer. Collaborating according to instructions from the head producer in the implementation of the entire exercise.

Copyright law, Civil code, labor code.
Assessment methods and criteria
The condition for credit point award for the implementation of the exercise is the completion of the entire exercise including a confirmation of submission of all documents for the exercise by the Studio FAMU director (or his authorized representative)
The documentation contain particularly:
All contracts (creators, students, cast, co-production, sponsors, etc), which present the permissions and rights without which it is impossible to archive the work (not forgetting rights to use of music)
Literary or technical screenplay
Production list and minutes from the implementation meetings
Daily reports
Music ensemble
Final budget, final production report
Titles document
The assessment of the student's work in the exercise is performed by the workshop head.
Recognition of corresponding credit for the exercise is performed by the Department head after the student presents all aforementioned confirmations from the FAMU Studio and agreement of the workshop head.
Evaluation:
The entire number of credit points is awarded to the student who works on the entire exercise in the function of the assistant producer and the head producer of the corresponding exercise (upon agreement of the workshop head) has no essential comment about the work.
