Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students have the opportunity and obligation to independently execute their own project as a producer.

Mode of study

Independent work on one's project. Consultations with the workshop lead and course lead.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Independent work on one's project. Documentation about individual phases of project implementation (contracts, budgets, screenplay variations, etc.)

Course contents

This course continuing the course for executing the master's project, The student may, by the en of the second semester of the master's study, submit to the Production dept. head written material in detail which the student understands under the term My „Completion“ Master's project. This material will be assessed by a commission and will be either accepted or supplemented and accepted or rejected. (If rejected or the student does not register for the Production Master's „completion“ the student is obligated to complete the failing credit points of the work at FAMU group exercises)

Accepted material will serve as an agreement between the student and the school about the master's project and its completion. As well, the commission which accepts the agreement, will, at the close of teh fourth semester of the master's study research and evaluate that it has been completed for the Master's study project. The commission will be comprised of the heads of individual sections of the Production dept. and the dept head.

According to the type of project, all study material from the bachelor and master's studies.

Assessment methods and criteria

Students present their own project and the quality and difficulty of work are evaluated.
