The final exam of each year. The student submits all exercises completed in the given year according to the RUP and work completed in workshops registered. The student must complete all exercises!

The main part is the exhibit collection, which the student defends before the commitee. The summary committee evaluates the exhibit collection and decides about the passing of the summary exam.

The grading requirement is the summission of all prescribed exercises in electronic form, above all, the exhibit collection.

The student is obligated to show the exhibit collection in a defined form in a defined space at an agreed upon time.

Mode of study

The student presents all exercises from the given study year according to RUP (Year's study plan) and work completed in the workshops in which they registered for the Summary exam at the Spring date.

If the student has not completed some important exercises, a request is made at the Summary exam for postponement of that course and exercise. That request must be confirmed by that course instructor. A maximum of two courses or their exercises may be postponed. Those postponed exercises are presented to the commission at the October Summary exam date.

A condition for awarding credit is the submission of the prescribed exercises in electronic form, in particular the exhibit collection, which is to placed on the Photography Dept. webpages.

The student is obliged to present the exhibit collection in a stipulated form in specified spaces on established dates.

Prerequisites and co-requisites

Completion of all exercises.

Course contents

cipateCourse description:

The Summary is the closing assessment of the year in which the student presents all exercises created in the given year according to the RUP and work implemented in workshops registered.

The main part of the Summary is the exhibition collection which may be submitted in the stage prior to final alignments but is such form that the final form in which it is submitted for the bachelor's exam is clear. It is defended by the student.

Considering the the Summary collection may later be submitted for the bachelor's exam, the Summary does not separately grade it. It is merely judged as to the fulfillment of the tasks in the given year and a successful Summary may close the year.

The exhibition collection, if submitted by the student, is graded in the Bachelor's exam. The acceptance of the collection for the Summary does not anticipate the grading in the bachelor's exam, where it needn't be accepted!
