Learning outcomes of the course unit
The purpose is to produce a documentary in various lengths based on the yearly activities, mainly at FAMU International.
Managed by the students, filmed, directed and edited by students.
The students will learn how to handle a documentary project shot in collaboration with other students.
Mode of study
Two-semester long practical shooting and editing (incl. full postproduction) workshop.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Shooting experience.
Course contents
Students involved will experience the process of shooting, dramaturgy, editing and production.
Methodology
Possibly forming a shooting and production team, that will cover most activities during the year, coordination will be by the teacher, editing manager will be an assigned collaborator of FAMU International.

Assessment methods and criteria
Participation to production will give right to credits, up to a maximum of 3 per semester.
Students will be mentioned in the credits according to their effort.
Film will be commercial property of FAMU International
