Course contents

We will be exploring the therapeutic movement technique of israeli choreographer Ohan Naharin which allows you to experience the space and other people around you in a different way. This safe non-contact movement is guided through your own personal imagination (supported with the suggestions of the leader of the session) which can show you places of atrophy in your body and deepen the understanding of your own body. We will also focus on the research of concept „the body in the landscape“. We will be researching visual versus sound, body versus environment in a series of short activities.
