Learning outcomes of the course unit
The aim is to motivate students in the acquision of an overall view of the everyday processes in diverse audio-visual institutions.
Mode of study
Internship at various audio-visual institutions.
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Prior agreed location and manner of implementation. Submssion of demonstrably implemented practice
Course contents
Each student in this course is motivated towards acquiring practice in the diverse spectrum of an audio-visual institution (film archive, film magazine, distribution company, film production, education, or sound post-production, etc.) The extent of the practice is defined as a minimum of 10 days, the location and manner is proposed by the student but is subject to agreement by the study lead.
This encourages self-actualization through the independant application of skills acquired- as students transition out into the world from the safe space of an educational institution. Students must choose, organize and fulfill tasks that will be applicable in their practice as artists or creators of audio visual material in a wide range of contexts

Assessment methods and criteria
Gradea are awared upon verification of the priorly agreed practice. This requires the permission of the sponsor to verify the sufficient quality of output and proof in a one-page, minimum summary of all details including supporting URLs.
Note
This course may be completed at any time during the 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th semester.
