Learning outcomes of the course unit

Cílem předmětu je objasnit studentovi význam rozpočtování v rámci produkce filmového a televizního díla, ale seznámit ho i s aktuálními metodami, které umožňují snazší přehled a kontrolu rozpočtu i projektu samotného. Součástí předmětu je příprava praktické bakalářské práce a jejího rozpočtu.

Absolvent předmětu plně porozumí rozpočtování audiovizuálního díla, jakožto základní práci výkonného producenta.

  3. Budge parts - departments, entries, days, prices, flat-rate,...
  4. Global changes
  5. Budget taxonomy - central model, departmental model, combine model
  6. Budge groups - crew, types (transport, sales, purchasing, people, assistance), elective, above the bottom line, under the bottom line, other, post-production, credit
  7. Use of location and sub-budget - combined budgets of various aspects and changes
  8. Methods of overtime estimates
  9. Actor budget particulars
  10. Credit parts of a budget - indemnity, reserves, bonds, directing expenses, producer's fee
  11. Incentives and their estimates - 20%, 10%, qualified entries
  12. Closing a budget for accounting - cashflow, budget lock, accounting, cost report....
