Course contents

Several circumstances have led me to begin the Podyji project. As well, the procurement of a large format Chamonix 11x14 inch camera through OP3V, which has enabled a shift of my historical technique format to a good exhibition form. The tintype and ambrotype technologies have been covered in the „Photography as a Unique Original“ where we were able to systematize this technology in the studio. At the same time we executed several attempts of how to work with this technology outside. I try to use this experience and link it to the large format camera module, Colloid technology and other classical photographic techniques documenting the landscape around Podyji. In this manner we can get material which would confirm the appropriateness of these processes and be used for presentation at the FAMU Photography Dept. This module takes place over a 5 day gathering in Havranky. The results will be presented from mid-June at the Jiří Jeníček v Beroun
