Laban Movement Analysis
Originated from Rudolf Labans pioneering work in movement research in the 1980s.
Systematic approach to observing, describing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative changes in human movement trough Body, Effort, Shape and Space (BESS).
Provides a comprehensive language and analytic framework for the description and recording of human movement.
