Topics:

  1. Film or TV camera - particulars and selection for documentary projects.
  2. Cinematic formats.

a/ Film: Super8, 16mm, 35mm, 70mm, IMAX, OMNIMAX

b/ Television: VHS, DV, HDV, Betacam, HDTV

c/ Computer multimedia

  1. DVCAM - HD - DigitalCinema - new - free technology
  2. Film stock, selection, exposure trials, the film lab.
  3. Lighting techniques for documentary film
