Obsah kurzu

Based on a blind dialogue between two characters the student should create a short, three-act film script that would interpret the dialogue organically, containing a functional story and visual potential. The film with a maximum footage of five minutes should be shot in one day at not more than two locations, not requiring major crew relocations. The preparation includes, following the approval of the script, the preparation of a shooting list and storyboard, and organizing an acting test. The student actively cooperates on the preparation with the cinematographer and, during the later stages, with the entire crew. Night shooting is not allowed (the shift can be scheduled between 6 am and 10 pm). The maximum number of hours per shift (including equipment pick-up and return) is 12 hours. The exercise must be shot in the Czech Republic.
