Feldenkrais® Method (FM) is a process of learning that uses conscious movement with guided attention for refining abilities and hence improving of the quality of life.
FM actively works with the principle of neuroplasticity - the ability of human brain to change itself in response to both internal and external needs in any age.
Feldenkrais® lessons help to develop better awareness of the self, so as to gain better self-regulation and self-organisation.
Feldenkrais® Method offers psycho-physical preparation for the improvement of any artistic performance.
Therefore it is widely sought-after by performers (actors, singers, musicians and dancers) as well as by those who work in the creative domains (directors, screenwriters, visual artists, composers and others).
The course is taught by internationally certified Feldenkrais® teacher & practitioner.
