Contents
The student works on a script or a longer short story or novella corresponding in extent to a feature film. The assignment aims to create the basis for the master's diploma thesis. The student analyzes a dramatic text and develops an outline of each scene. He/she works on the search for a visual concept of the film. He/she searches for visual references that relate to the overall visual design of the film as well as to the individual environments described in the script. The presentation is designed to best communicate with other members of the film crew.
Learning outcomes
To acquaint the students with the structure of the master's diploma thesis, analysis of the assigned text, and preparation of references and other documents for the preparation of the master's thesis.
