Learning objectives:
In the final semester, the entire previous study is recapitulated, during which the student has become a masterful and distinctive performer who is aware of his/her strengths and weaknesses. The student is guided to be able to confidently name and analyse all the attributes of harp playing (principles of correct finger technique, tonal culture, etc.) from the position of a teacher, to be able to explain and independently solve possible combinations of problems that may arise in performance practice. The student is guided to understand the psychological aspects of the performance of the soloist-performer. He/she acquires further knowledge in the field of interpretation of traditional and modern or non-traditional techniques and forms. Culminates in the preparation of a graduation concert and thesis.

Learning outcomes

Literature
Instructions for the selection of pieces, their rehearsal and performance will be specified by the teacher with regard to the individual abilities and talents of each student.
The graduation concert should be composed of pieces from different stylistic periods - Baroque, Classical, Romantic, Impressionist and Contemporary music or with a focus on a particular theme (dances, fantasias, sonatas, etc.) The programme may include a maximum of 2 short chamber pieces for a total of 15 minutes, where the harp does not function solely as an accompaniment instrument.
