The pedagogical seminar serves primarily for independent pedagogical practice, so that students can apply the knowledge gained from classical dance methodology classes.

Attention is paid to verbal expression, ability to work with music and accompanist, demonstration and professional correction. All this develops creativity and pedagogical perception.

Meeting and observing various pedagogical personalities, both domestic and foreign, is essential for the improvement of professional pedagogical thinking and action. The workshops organized by the department are an integral part of the study.

The aim of the pedagogical workshop this semester is to develop a methodology for teaching adult amateurs - beginners and intermediate. To observe and analyze the different approach in teaching children, adults and conservatory students.

Thematic areas:

Educator's relationship to adult students in the commercial sphere - educator's behaviour, ways of correcting clients, overall appearance and demeanour of the educator.

Musical accompaniment - working with recorded music, working with mobile apps to speed up and slow down a song, options for searching for musical accompaniment.
