Learning objectives:
The Master's Project course serves as preparation for the student's final graduate project. The project is a concert, supplemented by a recording on CD or other media, if necessary. The preparation of the project includes all organizational details such as the choice and reservation of the concert venue, its promotion, etc.
The course is taught in the form of continuous individual consultations, the student presents partial progress in the preparation of the project in class. At the end of the semester, the student demonstrates the status of the project preparation in the form of a concert.

- DEFINITION OF THE PROJECT - specification and clarification of the aims of the project (the composer's work and its inspiration, arrangements of music by other composers or from styles other than jazz, the way of grasping this music and its translation into a jazz context and distinctive form).
- DEFINITION OF THE MEANS TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT - the form of the ensemble, its instrumentation and personnel.
Learning outcomes
The student initiates activities and projects and works with others through interaction or collaboration. Demonstrates independence in all aspects of learning, social interaction and in recognising opportunities. Develops, presents, and implements arts programmes that are coherent and appropriate for a variety of contexts. Utilises specific technologies to create, disseminate, and/or produce music with respect to discipline, genre and artistic practice.
