The course aims to acquaint the student with the preparation of a film shoot and ideally also with the actual making of the film.

The student will receive an offer of possible internships according to the FAMU schedule and ongoing film projects in the given period. The teachers of the Film Faculty are as helpful as possible at this stage and if they are working on a project themselves during the semester, they directly offer these internship positions. The internship term is not timed in any way and can be completed at any time during the semester. The internship must last at least 10 working days

The course aims to familiarize the student with the preparation of a film shoot and ideally also with the actual filmmaking.

The student will get an offer of possible internships according to the FAMU schedule and ongoing film projects in the given period.

Prerequisites and other requirements

The listener is familiar with the realization of drawing documentation and the work of the film crew.

Evaluation methods and criteria

The internship can be conducted within the school, as a collaboration between Department of Scenography and FAMU International. Another option for stundets is the work on a professional project. The lecturer will inform students about current projects being shoot in Prague and students can apply for internship there. This option will be various as per amount of project sbeing in production during the school year. In this case stundent has to find internship supervisor (guarantor) on this project, with whom to do the internship and, upon completion of the internship, document it with a description of the internship signed by that supervisor.
