- Introduction and explanation of the exercise and its mandatory forms.
- Leading a team - following a leader.
- Building a good team.
- Creative budgeting, contracting, billing and understanding film finance.
- How to create a fundraising presentation.
- Buying film props, catering. Cooperation with rentals.
- Communication with actors & contracts, invoicing, commitments.
- Principle of the falling pyramid.
- How to react to constantly changing situations and continue to function.
- Post-production process - evaluation of shooting, errors, search for solutions.
- Leading to open communication and critical thinking.
Learning outcomes
Students will understand how to create & lead a good team, respect the hierarchy of a film crew, learn how to create a pleasant working environment on set and will be able to create and fulfil the tasks of a production manager and assistant.
Prerequisites and other requirements
Completion of Triangle exercise (DCDM program).
Distribution of the necessary positions on the set according to the mentor's instructions (PM, PA).

- 80% attendance.
- Working on exercises in workshops and at home.
- Preparation for workshops.
- Successful production of Triangle exercise (DCDM program).
