Obsah
Course objectives:
Releasing the body from habitual tension and blocks
Stimulating and improving the conscious use of the body for the purpose of stage work through: relaxation techniques, contemporary dance techniques, mental imagery
Course contents:
- Exercises to improve the perception of your body. Concentration on the object: breathing, skeleton, muscles, skin, joints, connective tissue, body space - internal/external (individual work, pair work)
- Exercises to release tension in the body (individual work, pair work)
- Creating confidence and responsibility through group exercises using improvisation in movement, tempo and rhythm
- Setting up and remembering movement sequences with elements of partnership
Výsledky učení
In the area of knowledge (V), the student:
- knows methods and techniques for releasing tension from the body
- knows issues related to the means of expression of the body
In the area of Skills (Z), the student:
- cooperates and engages in play during group work
- recognises the role and importance of correct breathing during bodywork
In the area of social competence (K), the student:
- observes and analyzes own habits related to the use of his/her body
- works individually and in a group
