Synopsis:

History of Czech theatre since 1945 as a problematic lecture topic; textbook containing basic stages of development of Czech theatre from 1862 to 1945. The subject concentrates on constitutive developmental tendencies of Czech theatre in the context of the history of Czech society and culture.
